Green and gold accompanied by modular layout and contemporary fonts gave a bold but refined persona. Vibrant photography showcases brilliant landscaping solutions and a professional grounds care team. Blue Otter League is a professional E-Sports League that holds tournaments for League of Legends teams. Blue Otter League required a logo that showcased their name and a mascot in an aggressive and sporty fashion.
Otters are usually seen as cute and cuddly creatures so Brown Shark had to overcome this stereotype by illustrating a more combative and at-the-ready iteration of an otter to fit the personality of the brand. Supporting hexagonal shapes can be seen in background treatments, button outlines and other areas, further emphasizing the online aspect of the brand.
Variations of the Blue Otter League logo were needed for specific situations within the brand. Blue Otter Gaming is a team within the brand that also plays in other online gaming leagues. The stand alone icon is used on promotional materials and social media. The Otter Talk logo is used for the biweekly podcast that covers topics relating to League of Legends and other online gaming topics.
Custom screens and overlays for twitch feature clean layouts with a continuation of the Blue Otter League branding and an animated hexagonal background.

One of the main features in the Leadify dashboard is a dial that has the ability to turn up or down the number of leads you are receiving. This concept is abstractly translated into the icon design with an arrow facing an upward direction. The type face is a modified gothic selection with wide, sturdy characters. The color palette includes deep navy, red-orange and gold. All of these qualities combine to deliver a mark that makes a statement of competence, expertise, and technology.

In 2014 Migel House, a historic home built in 1910, located in downtown Waco, TX, was renovated back to it’s original Mediterranean inspired glory and converted to an elegant bed and breakfast.
The goal with Migel House branding was to visually harmonize it’s local history, architecture and elegant accommodations. Ocean blues and bright whites color contemporary layout and graphics. The logo pulls stylistic cues from the home’s mason work and creates a beautiful icon to accompany classically refined typography.
Migel House keeps a solid marketing mix across digital, social and print advertising, and has doubled web traffic year over year since inception.
Migel House has been featured in Texas Monthly Magazine, Waco Today Magazine and numerous other media outlets.

Client: American Advertising Federation District 10
In 2013 AAF District 10 held its Winter Conference in Waco, Texas. As a board member of the AAF Waco Chapter I volunteered to concept and produce the event campaign and materials.
With superheroes becoming increasingly popular in cinema, AAF Waco decided to go with a graphic novel iteration of the trend to give a unique and less mainstream approach to impress typically critical advertising and marketing professionals attending the event. Custom characters wearing the trademark AAF emblem were digitally painted in deep bold colors and gritty fashion. These graphics, along with extended elements were utilized across all print and digital assets promoting the campaign and featured at the three day event.
